Favorite Food Memory or Meal — Being around my Great Grandma while she killed one of her hens and then she prepared it for fried chicken on a Sunday morning that I stayed back from church with her.

If I weren’t a chef, I would be — Recording music, or working in acoustical treatment and design.

My first job was — County Market in Alexandria, pushing in carts and cleaning up spills and toilets.

Favorite Hobby(s) — I don’t have time, but want to learn how to unicycle better.
